Role Purpose

Oversee the seamless execution of daily banquet and catering operations while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will plan, organize, and execute various events and manage F&B team performance to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution & Planning

• Supervise execution of events including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas within F&B outlets
• Plan, organize, and execute various events according to specifications and guest requirements
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant teams in Food and Beverage

Setup & Breakdown

• Oversee setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to event specifications and quality standards
• Ensure function rooms are properly broken down after events and all equipment is stored correctly for subsequent use

Guest Relations

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
• Proactively look for ways to make guest experiences special and memorable

Team Management

• Oversee F&B team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition
• Manage team performance and foster a high-performing culture

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
