Role Overview
Food and Beverage Attendant at Hilton. This role supports all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events, delivering memorable hospitality experiences to every guest.
Role Purpose
To support food and beverage operations by preparing dining and event services, greeting and serving guests with warmth, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Greet guests warmly and create welcoming interactions.
- Take and serve orders accurately and consistently.
- Deliver service at the highest level across all guest touchpoints.
Operations Support
- Support all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
- Set and arrange tables for dining and events with precision.
- Fold napkins and place tableware according to service standards.
Cleanliness and Compliance
- Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
