Food and Beverage Assistant

Role Overview

Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton. This role supports all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events, delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence.

Role Purpose

Support all F&B operations by preparing for dining and event service, greeting and serving guests with warmth, maintaining table setup and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and create welcoming interactions
• Take and serve orders accurately
• Ensure consistently high level of service across all guest touchpoints

Operations

• Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins
• Clean and place tableware with precision
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations
• Ensure highest standards of guest and team member well-being
