Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Greet guests warmly.
• Take and serve orders accurately.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service.

Table Preparation and Setup

• Prepare tables with precision for dining and events.
• Set and arrange tables.
• Fold napkins.
• Clean and place tableware.

Cleanliness and Safety

• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Skills & Competencies

• Hospitality mindset and warmth in guest interactions.
• Attention to detail in table preparation and service.
• Ability to work across multiple F&B areas (bar, restaurant, room service, events).
