Role Overview

Flight Attendant (Female) at Sucafina.

Role Purpose

Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction by conducting pre-flight checks, delivering in-flight service, managing emergency situations, and maintaining cabin standards in compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the aircraft cabin.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle emergency situations, administer first aid if required, and coordinate with the flight crew.

Passenger Service

• Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and provide safety demonstrations.
• Serve food, beverages, and provide onboard customer support.
• Monitor passenger well-being and manage special requests or concerns.

Cabin Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous flight attendant experience required; training will be provided by the airline.
• Airline training certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
