Fire Alarm Technicians & Supervisor

Role Overview

Burjline Builders is hiring Fire Alarm Technicians (3 vacancies) and a Fire Alarm Supervisor (1 vacancy) for opportunities in Qatar.

Role Purpose

Fire Alarm Technicians install, test, troubleshoot, maintain and repair fire alarm systems to ensure operational safety and compliance. The Fire Alarm Supervisor leads and oversees technical teams in these functions.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, Testing & Maintenance

• Perform hands-on installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Conduct fault rectification and system diagnostics.
• Read technical drawings and understand system layouts.

Supervision (Supervisor Role Only)

• Lead and supervise technical teams in fire alarm operations and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant fire alarm experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and fault rectification.
• Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand system layouts.
• Previous Facilities Management or maintenance experience is an advantage.
• QCDD or NFPA exposure is an advantage.
• Supervisor candidates must have previous experience leading and supervising technical teams.
