Role Purpose

Maintain and repair guest accommodations through skilled carpentry work, ensuring every guest experiences memorable service and comfortable spaces during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Maintenance

• Perform daily guest room maintenance on behalf of guests and in coordination with team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Respond flexibly to a range of different work situations.

Carpentry & Technical Work

• Apply knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance to complete assigned tasks.
• Work independently and without close supervision within established timeframes.
• Perform work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Trade qualification as a Carpenter (proof of qualification may be required).

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
