Financial Coach at Intellect HQ, UAE. This is a flexible, freelance role offering remote work with the ability to set your own hours.

Role Purpose

Empower clients to take control of their financial future by providing expert financial coaching, strategic planning, and goal-oriented support to help them build secure financial foundations and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coaching & Guidance

• Offer strategic coaching in essential areas such as cash flow and budgeting through text and video consultations.
• Assess clients' financial situations and design customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Guide clients in making informed, secure financial decisions that align with their short-term needs and long-term aspirations.
• Help clients effectively manage their resources to meet both daily obligations and larger goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home.

Planning & Monitoring

• Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed, ensuring clients stay on track and adapt to any life changes or shifts in financial goals.
• Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to offer clients the most relevant coaching.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with other finance professionals to deliver expert financial coaching and planning support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Coach or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering well-grounded, data-based coaching.
• Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
