Role Purpose

This role drives cost efficiency, supports business decision-making, and ensures accurate financial reporting through advanced ERP systems. The Finance Executive will lead cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and SAP S/4HANA management to enable strategic financial control across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting
• Partner with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations

Costing & Profitability Analysis

• Lead all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing
• Analyze manufacturing and service costs to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit
• Monitor overhead allocation, activity-based costing (ABC), and cost control initiatives

SAP S/4HANA Management

• Act as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules
• Ensure effective system utilization for costing, reporting, and controlling
• Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements and automation
• Ensure master data integrity for cost centers, profit centers, and material costing

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions
• Track actual versus budget performance and provide variance analysis
• Support long-term financial planning and business strategy

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and commercial teams
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
• Drive cost efficiency and operational improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification preferred: CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA
• 2–5 years of experience in finance with strong costing background
• Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, Product Costing, and COPA modules
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• Exposure to digital finance transformation initiatives
• Experience in multi-country or regional finance roles

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules: FI, CO, Material Ledger, and COPA
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
