Role Overview

Finance Excellence Specialist at Saudi Pro League, based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Ensure the financial integrity of clubs by monitoring cash balances and contractual commitments, reviewing the effective use of fixed and government funding, and overseeing compliance with conditional approvals and settlement agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Monitor cash and bank balances
• Monitor ongoing contract commitments and secured revenues

Financial Oversight & Compliance

• Conduct monthly reviews of fixed support and government funding usage
• Monitor conditional approvals and settlement agreements
• Detect and report violations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Professional certification in accounting and/or finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrable expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional eagerness to learn and lead
• Strong knowledge in managing large data sets
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Arabic
