Role Purpose

Support and drive complex Finance and EPM opportunities by leveraging Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative Oracle SaaS solutions. Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships that drive pipeline growth and win transformation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Solution Design

• Support and drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities.
• Use Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Ensure customers' key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
• Proactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Translate complex customer needs into clear, value-led business solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections.
• Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.

Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events.
• Continually develop skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS ERP, EPM, and into SCM, HCM, and CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM Finance, or comparable cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider.
• Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
• Experience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance industry.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work.
• Travel across the Middle East region will be required.
• Willing to travel as needed across the Middle East.
