Role Overview

Figma to Webflow Landing Pages Developer at MaxAccelerate. This role focuses on converting pixel-perfect Figma designs into high-performance, responsive Webflow websites that serve as the public-facing web experience for innovative tech companies.

Role Purpose

To translate Figma design files into fully functional, responsive Webflow pages that deliver high performance, excellent user experience, and clean code architecture. You will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and performance optimization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Conversion

• Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive Webflow pages
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design specifications

Quality & Performance

• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
• Optimize site performance and load speed
• Validate adherence to Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards

Front-End Development

• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed
• Demonstrate strong command of web development, HTML, and CSS

Integration & Configuration

• Integrate and configure plugins, forms, and tracking codes as needed
• Implement CMS logic as required

Technical Standards

• Apply SEO best practices for on-page elements
• Follow responsive and mobile-first design practices

Collaboration

• Communicate effectively and collaborate across remote teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow development
• Proven experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into Webflow sites
• Strong command of web development, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design practices
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
