Role Purpose

The Food & Beverages Team Leader supervises daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction while supporting team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Oversee and support food and beverage staff during shifts
• Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Team Leadership & Development

• Train and mentor new team members
• Lead team coordination and workflow management

Guest Relations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma; hospitality training preferred
• 2+ years in food and beverage service with some leadership experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
