Role Purpose

Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through maintaining high standards of service, safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Service Excellence

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service aligned with operational standards.

Operations & Safety

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.

Team Management

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
• Handle daily team member relations.
• Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
• Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation.
