Role Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is hosting an exclusive F&B Service Recruitment Event in Dubai to invite experienced Food and Beverage service professionals to join the opening team for 22 new restaurants, lounges and bars.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. Located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, beach club, multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, salon, shopping promenade, and celebrations and events center. The resort is a fully integrated destination offering diverse hospitality and entertainment experiences, including gaming operations.

Role Purpose

This recruitment event identifies experienced Food and Beverage service professionals to fill multiple roles across a diverse portfolio of venues, spanning fine dining, innovative concepts, vibrant lounges and beachfront destinations as part of the resort's opening team.

Positions are available across a range of experience levels.

Selection Process

• Interview directly with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams
