Role Purpose

The Guest Service Expert takes initiative across all aspects of dining service—from table setup and guest interaction to kitchen communication and area maintenance—ensuring every transaction feels part of a curated experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
• Interact with and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take a hands-on approach to all assigned work.

Operations & Setup

• Set tables according to service standards.
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
• Clean work areas and supplies.

Kitchen & Coordination

• Communicate with the kitchen to support timely and accurate service.

Workplace Standards

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all duties.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
