Role Purpose
Deliver a wide range of food and beverage services that create memorable and unique guest experiences. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative in all aspects of service—from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to interacting with guests and maintaining work areas—ensuring that every transaction feels part of the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Delivery
- Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Interact with guests to ensure their meal experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, guest preferences, and service needs.
Table & Area Management
- Set and prepare tables for guest service.
- Clean work areas and supplies to maintain hygiene and operational readiness.
- Manage and organize menus and related materials.
Operational Standards
- Uphold company quality standards in all service interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and professional communications.
- Create and support a safe workplace environment.
Physical Duties
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while serving and managing the dining area.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
- Read and visually verify menu and service information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None required.
