F&B Server – Russian speaker at Palazzo Versace Dubai, located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.

Skills & Competencies

• Russian language proficiency.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols.
