Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the pool bar setting, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism while supporting team operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.

Service Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.

Sales & Operations

• Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
