Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests through warm, attentive hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.

Service Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.

Revenue & Operations

• Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
