Role Overview

F&B Server - Banquet at Palazzo Versace Dubai, located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To deliver professional food and beverage service in banquet settings, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless event execution through attentive service, venue preparation, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Venue & Setup

• Set up and prepare banquet venues, tables, chairs, buffet areas, and service stations according to event requirements and hotel standards.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and properly presented throughout the event.

Service Delivery

• Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service throughout banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to the established sequence of service and event requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.

Knowledge & Standards

• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, event details, and service procedures.

Post-Event Operations

• Assist with clearing, resetting, and closing banquet areas after events while ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
