Role Purpose

Support the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through ensuring high service standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and fostering a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Satisfaction

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests.

Operations & Safety

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
• Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail.

Team Leadership & Development

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
• Handle daily team member relations.
• Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation.

Skills & Competencies

• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
