F&B Host

Role Overview

F&B Host at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service and hospitality to guests.

Role Purpose

You will provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences that embody Hilton's values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and focus on the present moment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the meal experience.
• Learn and master all menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions with confidence.

Order Management

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Station Operations

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
