F&B Guest Ambassador

Role Overview

F&B Guest Ambassador at Palazzo Versace Dubai, located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional guest experiences by welcoming and guiding guests through food and beverage outlets, managing reservations and seating, and coordinating seamlessly with F&B and hotel teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Experience

• Welcome, acknowledge, and professionally engage with guests, creating a warm and personalized arrival experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure all guest preferences, VIP details, and special occasions are communicated to the team.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, handle requests and feedback, and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Reservations & Seating Management

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, table allocations, and seating arrangements efficiently.

Knowledge & Communication

• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, outlet concepts, operating hours, and hotel facilities to confidently assist guests.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate closely with F&B and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and guest flow.

Service Standards

• Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with luxury hotel service standards at all times.
