Role Purpose

Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through maintaining high service standards, ensuring food safety and quality, and building a strong, empowered team.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Service Delivery

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service aligned with brand and Food & Beverage standards.

Operations & Safety

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.

Team Leadership & Development

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
• Handle daily team member relations.
• Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must currently hold the F&B Captain role or equivalent.
• Qualifications matching the position applied for.
• Trackable references to support the role applied for.

Skills & Competencies

• Able to communicate in English; additional language is an advantage.
