Role Overview

Facility Management Specialist at SEVEN. This role supports daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.

Role Purpose

Deliver daily site operations support through inspections, maintenance tracking, and stakeholder coordination to maintain optimal facility performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Inspections

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.
• Update CAFM system with work order status.

Reporting & Performance

• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.

Emergency Response

• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• 1–2 years' experience in FM or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
