Role Overview
Facility Management Accountant at AtkinsRéalis. This is a regular employee position supporting financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

Role Purpose
Provide financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services across the network. Ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance through rigorous budget monitoring, cost analysis, invoice verification, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Budget and Cost Management
- Monitor FM budgets, expenditures, and cost performance across the network.
- Track cost variations, identify discrepancies, and support cost control measures.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
Invoice and Payment Verification
- Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.
Compliance and Audits
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
