Role Overview
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Lucid Motors. This is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading and overseeing the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems across all shifts.

Role Purpose
Lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Provide 24/7 engineering oversight and supervise outsourced maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a 24/7 basis.
- Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Management Systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.
Emergency Response & Troubleshooting
- Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records.
- Provide technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Building Management Systems, and energy management systems.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.
