Role Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is hosting a Facilities & Engineering Recruitment Event in Dubai to invite hospitality professionals to explore career opportunities with the opening team of this first integrated resort in the UAE.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. Located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Additional amenities include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, salon, shopping promenade, and celebrations and events center. The resort is a fully integrated property offering diverse hospitality and entertainment experiences, including gaming operations.

Role Purpose

This recruitment event invites hospitality professionals to explore positions across multiple Facilities and Engineering departments and experience levels, with the opportunity to interview directly with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams to learn about the resort's culture and service excellence standards.

• Explore roles across Engineering, Facilities CSA, Beach & Pool Cleaning, Logistics Centre, Marina Engineering, Performance Lake, Projects & Logistics, and Wynn Oasis departments.

Additional Information

• Interview location: Dubai.
• Candidates must be residing in Dubai at the time of application.
• Selected candidates will interview directly with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.
• Candidates should be comfortable working within a gaming operations environment and uphold world-class resort destination standards.
• Salary is paid in UAE Dirhams (AED).
