Role Purpose

The Fabricator plays a critical role in fabricating, assembling, and installing metal components and structures that meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Assembly

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery.
• Weld, solder, or join parts according to project specifications and safety standards.

Quality & Safety

• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Equipment & Operations

• Maintain and operate fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a fabricator, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to fabrication work.
