Role Overview

Fabricator I (CPIP07 - Pipefitter) at KBR, organizing and executing piping fabrication activities safely and effectively based upon plant requirements.

Role Purpose

Execute piping fabrication work in compliance with specifications, drawings, and technical references, maintaining quality standards and tracking progress through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Operations

• Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings, material specifications and technical references from supervisor.
• Set up, align, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Execute job at site as well as in field.

Resource & Planning Management

• Organize resources like material and equipment for pipe fabrication work.
• Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance of all specifications for pipe fabrication with quality.

Reporting & Support

• Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefitter supervisor.
• Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with High School education.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to qualifications and competency to perform the works.
