Role Overview

Fabric & Home Care MEA Purchasing Manager at P&G, located in Dubai General Office.

Role Purpose

Support and assist in executing purchasing strategies within the Fabric & Home Care SBU/Category, developing and implementing new procurement techniques, procedures, and ideas under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution

• Assist in executing purchasing strategies for the SBU/Category.
• Work on specific tasks or segments within the SBU/Category under close supervision.

Process Development

• Participate in the development and implementation of new procurement techniques and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, services, or products under guidance.

Team & Change Management

• Ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured within the team.
• Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Operations

• Follow detailed procedures and well-defined precedents for purchasing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow well-defined precedents.
• Eagerness to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
