Manage the Executive Lounge to deliver elevated, seamless service to executive and VIP guests while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance that uphold Hilton's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Maintain lounge presentation by ensuring guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand and quality standards to exceed expectations of executive and VIP guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions.
• Ensure team members consistently provide warm, professional hospitality.

Compliance & Standards

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
