Role Overview

Executive - DC Supply Chain - DC Operations, Distribution Center, Dubai. Household Home Box Supply Chain division at Land Mark, located in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose

Oversee daily warehouse operations and supply chain strategy to ensure efficient execution of inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, store replenishment, return and replacement activities while driving productivity improvement and maintaining compliance with service level agreements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient activities including inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, store replenishment, return and replacement.
• Focus on productivity improvement across all warehouse activities.
• Implement and maintain manpower planning across all warehouse activities.
• Monitor technology adoption at the warehouse.

Performance & Service Level Management

• Manage SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams to sustain performance.
• Provide prompt responses where targets are not being met.
• Ensure best internal customer and store experience via store feedback.

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

• Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy across the warehouse aligned with Territory Logistic goals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders including IT, Operations, Finance, and vendors to determine and implement Supply Chain KPIs and projects.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvements.
• Conduct frequent audits to ensure process, guidelines and health, safety and environment standards compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of ground operations (warehouse) experience, preferably in the furniture or homeware industry.
• Full-Time degree in Engineering.
• Full-Time Post-Graduate MBA from a reputed Business School in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations (Preferred, not mandatory).
