Executive Assistant at Travel + Leisure Co., supporting the Senior Vice President of Resort Operations. Based in Australia, working closely with the administrative team in Bundall, Queensland.

Role Purpose
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Resort Operations, managing day-to-day priorities, communications, and logistics with confidence and discretion while coordinating seamlessly with the wider Executive Assistant team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Liaison & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for the Senior Vice President of Resort Operations
- Draft, proofread, and format executive-level documents and communications
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage complex calendar and global travel logistics
- Support VIP travel and guest logistics
- Coordinate internal and external liaison activities
- Provide flexibility to support priorities outside standard hours when required
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Organise bi-annual Executive Offsites and company events
- Coordinate YPO-related communications and meetings
Administrative Operations
- Manage email inbox and correspondence
- Handle expense reports and approvals
- Maintain organisational charts, passwords, and system access records
- Support board communications
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives at C-suite or SVP level
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Shorthand and minute-taking proficiency is essential
