Execution Planner - Home Care

Role Overview

Execution Planner - Home Care at Unilever. This role manages Home Care Business Unit (BUL) production planning and ensures right-product availability at the right place, time, and optimal inventory and cost level by balancing demand, supply, capacity, and business priorities.

Role Purpose

This role drives cross-functional supply chain synchronization, solves short- and mid-term supply challenges, and spearheads future readiness of the supply network. As a complexity champion, you will use continuous improvement and digital solutions to step up business delivery while ensuring consistent, perfect service from BUL.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Operations

• Lead all BUL production planning operations.
• Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right time, and at the optimal inventory and cost level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between BUL and business organizations ensuring continued service with reliability and agility.
• Collaborate with Shipment Planners on Direct shipments execution and realization directly from BUL to markets.
• Participate in Plan meetings on Demand-Supply Review and communicate risks and mitigation.
• Be the point of contact with innovations and strategic planning.

Service & Availability

• Consistently prioritize service and customer in every step, ensuring product availability at the right time, every time.
• Manage crisis situations including product availability, quality issues, and microbiological issues.

Inventory & Policy Management

• Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets.
• Ensure building the right future visibility as forecast.
• Own inventory health.
• Monitor and action waste prevention across Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years planning experience.
