Role Purpose
To implement and standardize attendance procedures, ensure compliance with attendance regulations, develop training programs, and drive performance improvements for DS personnel across all logistics sites.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance System Implementation
- Implement and standardize attendance procedures, scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and attendance regulations for DS personnel at all sites.
Attendance Compliance Management
- Monitor DS personnel's compliance with attendance regulations.
- Identify compliance gaps and gaps in attendance adherence.
- Collaborate with site managers and HR to drive implementation of corrective measures.
Employee Training
- Develop and conduct training for DS personnel covering attendance procedures, operating standards, and system usage.
- Train on relevant policies and necessary workflows.
Performance and Improvement
- Maintain attendance data dashboards.
- Analyze common attendance and operational problems.
- Implement improvement plans to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
