Ethraa Program 2025-2026

Role Overview

The Ethraa Program 2025-2026 is a full-time development initiative at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for successful careers in the banking sector.

Role Purpose

Over 6 to 8 months, participants will gain practical experience, complete tailored learning pathways, and earn professional certifications while joining a department aligned with their academic background and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Participate in Phase One: Core banking foundational courses.
• Participate in Phase Two: International Pathway Certification.
• Participate in Phase Three: Professional Qualifications including ACCA, CFA, CIPD, ACI, CISI, and equivalent certifications.
• Complete tailored learning pathways designed for professional growth.

On-the-Job Experience

• Engage in on-the-job training within assigned departments.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to achieve program milestones.

Professional Commitment

• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Graduated between 2023–2026.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Completed National Service (for male candidates).
• Maximum 1 year of non-banking experience.
• Must not have joined Ethraa in any Central Bank enrolled company.

Skills & Competencies

Eligible academic majors include Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Political Science, HR, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Economics, and International Relations.
