Role Overview

ER Physician position in Riyadh with Nahdi.

Role Purpose

Deliver emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Department, assess clinical conditions, design and execute individualized treatment plans, and manage referrals to specialist services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Documentation

• Assess patients and document all clinical findings.
• Design and execute the patient's plan of care.
• Order and review results of patients' investigations.

Patient Education & Communication

• Educate patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

Treatment & Prescribing

• Prescribe medications for patients.
• Perform additional tasks based on specialty and clinical privileges.

Preventive & Specialist Care

• Administer vaccinations if applicable.
• Refer cases to clinic specialties when applicable.

General Duties

• Perform additional duties as assigned by manager based on business need.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in medicine from recognized universities or SCHS license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience after graduation.
• Occupational health experience with training certificate.
• Valid Resuscitation training certificates (BLS, ACLS, ATLS) required.

Skills & Competencies

• Office and Health Information Systems proficiency.
• English and Arabic fluency in speaking and writing.

Additional Information

• Work environment: 100% indoors.
• Working schedule: 6 working days per week, 1 day off, 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
