Role Overview

Sales Associate at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, Operations division.

Role Purpose

Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines. Understand customer needs and enable the fulfillment of an exceptional experience. Achieve set sales targets while maintaining store standards and building repeat custom through advanced selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

• Deliver the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, keeping the customer in mind through all interactions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager in a timely manner when necessary.
• Use advanced selling skills to better support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and build a consistent flow of repeat custom.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer need in other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion Brands and stores if not available in store.

Sales & Performance

• Achieve set sales targets and use creative ways to exceed the same, keeping the customer in mind.
• Contribute to enhanced sales targets with thorough product knowledge, taking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Store Operations & Compliance

• Ensure store standards are maintained at all times, supporting with in-store tasks including but not limited to cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations, minimizing exposure to stock loss.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Certificate.
• One to two years industry experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
