Role Purpose

This talent pool initiative creates a sustained connection with high-potential Emirati Nationals before roles go live, enabling the organization to match candidates to exciting opportunities as they arise across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Functions

• Support Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, IT, Strategy, and Business Support functions that drive the engine of the business.

Technical & Safety

• Maintain Attraction Operations, Ride Technician, Lifeguard, HSE, Facilities, and Maintenance roles that keep destinations running safely and efficiently.

Guest Experience & Frontline

• Deliver Guest Relations, Front Office, Ticketing, Events, and VIP Services roles that bring experiences to life for millions of visitors every year.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National status required.
