ELV Engineer

Role Overview

ELV Engineer at Al Shirawi Group. This is a maintenance and installation role for low voltage systems.

Role Purpose

To manage maintenance and installation of all ELV systems, allocate and lead technician teams, troubleshoot and program systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Installation

• Manage maintenance and installation for all ELV systems.
• Troubleshoot and program ELV systems.
• Ensure timely execution of maintenance services as required.

Resource & Team Management

• Allocate technicians for execution of services.
• Lead technicians to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
• Plan and allocate resources to effectively accomplish work and meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.

Compliance & Documentation

• Attend Authority, SIRA, and Consultant inspections and site meetings.
• Prepare documents for obtaining SIRA certificate.
• Adhere to processes and procedures related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment System.
• Adhere to processes and procedures, improve existing processes, and develop new processes leading to an efficient system.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and communication to clients and team.

General Operations

• Complete any other work related to operations as assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in any field, or Diploma in Engineering with 4 years' experience or equivalent technical requirement.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management industry.
