Role Purpose

To ensure operational compliance with local laws and regulations, support regional and international teams on Middle East compliance requirements, and maintain accurate compliance data and reporting to minimize regulatory risk and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Plan and coordinate operational activities to guarantee compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide extensive support and guidance to Regional and International teams on Middle East compliance queries and requirements.
• Stay updated with regulatory requirement changes and impart inter-department training when needed.
• Conduct periodic internal audits, identify problem areas, and help formulate strategy to maintain compliance status.

Data Management & Monitoring

• Undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities on a regular basis based on agreement level.
• Track and maintain data on a regular basis to support performance review and reporting.
• Monitor and report adherence of compliance practice across business.

Risk & Quality Assurance

• Maintain issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support teams to identify all compliance risks, help gather missing information, and avoid non-compliance cases.

Stakeholder & Contract Management

• Closely partner with regional sales and client management teams to provide advice, support, and guidance on all regulatory and compliance matters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support preparation and management of client and broker contracts.
• Register benefit plans on government portals.
