Role Overview

Electronics Bench Technician - Gaming Technician at Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose

Provide technical support and maintenance for gaming equipment and electronic devices to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction across resort gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Diagnose and repair electronic gaming equipment and machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on gaming devices to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on gaming systems.
• Replace defective components and parts as needed.

Technical Support

• Respond to gaming equipment malfunction calls and service requests.
• Test repaired equipment to verify proper functionality before return to service.
• Document all maintenance and repair work completed.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling electronic equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with gaming regulatory requirements and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience working as an electronics technician or similar technical role.
• Experience with gaming equipment maintenance and repair preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of gaming machine systems and architecture.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Position requires availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for resort operations.
