Role Purpose

Provide leadership and execution oversight of Electrical services across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedule, cost budgets, and quality standards while supporting the Superintendent and guiding craft teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Assist the Superintendent in identifying key success factors and timing of procurement deliverables.
• Establish common work breakdown structures.
• Develop and align the Electrical craft schedule with the overall execution plan.
• Develop short-term look ahead schedules for the Foreman.

Execution & Operations

• Provide leadership in creating organizational structure and processes required to fully execute service requirements.
• Take ownership of Electrical services execution and delivery.
• Monitor cost and man-hour budget for installation process.
• Develop staff, facilities, equipment, and tool requirement plans.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure Electrical service execution complies with contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance.
• Evaluate Electrical service execution and advise the project team of status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost influence factors on scope to go.

Cost Management

• Take responsibility for construction cost control and management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Professional Engineer.
