Role Overview

Electrical Mechanical Supervisor at Agility. This role oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards and project specifications.

Role Purpose

To supervise and coordinate electromechanical maintenance and repair operations, ensuring optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, and safe working conditions across all equipment and installations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

Installation & Equipment Management

• Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it is operational and meets specifications.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains in good working order.

Inspections & Performance

• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe work environment.

Reporting & Documentation

• Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and any issues that arise.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.
