Role Overview

Electrical Engineer (Experienced) position with Saeed Raddad Group, an SMP Opportunity with Saudi Aramco, based in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

To deliver electrical engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion that strictly comply with project contract requirements, schedule, cost, HSE standards, and company procedures on large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Systems

• Demonstrate strong understanding of electrical systems and design principles.
• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for large-scale projects encompassing power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of project management acquired through extensive professional experience and continuous education.

Compliance & Execution

• Ensure engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion strictly comply with project contract requirements, including schedule, cost, HSE standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Lead and execute construction works, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Technical Operations

• Perform hands-on equipment installation and commissioning.
• Apply strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power systems, and control systems.
• Operate proficiently with electrical design software, such as ETAP.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of IT/PC software applications, including Flowstar, MS Office, network communication protocols, PLC software, SCADA, DCS, and vibration analysis software.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management execution.
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation and commissioning.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for large-scale projects encompassing power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Experience conducting site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power systems, and control systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software, such as ETAP.
• In-depth knowledge of IT/PC software applications, including Flowstar, MS Office, network communication protocols, PLC software, SCADA, DCS, and vibration analysis software.
• Ability to lead and execute construction works, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Expertise in Laser Alignment Tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Equipment and Tooling.
