Role Overview
E&I Foreman at Archirodon Group N.V. The role is based on-site, supervising electrical and instrumentation works execution on complex EPC projects.

Role Purpose
Supervise the daily execution of electrical and instrumentation installation works and workforce on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards across cable routing, termination, instrumentation calibration, testing, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise daily E&I works and workforce at site.
- Coordinate with Construction Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking, and testing activities.
- Coordinate inspections and rectification of punch-list items.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
Installation Execution
- Execute electrical and instrumentation installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise installation of cables, cable trays, glands, terminations, lighting, earthing, panels, junction boxes, instruments, tubing, and supports.
- Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, termination, and dressing.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure PTW (Permit to Work), JSA/RA (Job Safety Analysis/Risk Assessment), toolbox talks, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and ADNOC Life Saving Rules are followed.
- Monitor compliance with HSE requirements and safe work practices.
Planning & Monitoring
- Check availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and site housekeeping.
- Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the E&I Supervisor/Construction Engineer.
Technical Competency
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, instrument hook-ups, and loop diagrams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as an E&I Foreman in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or Industrial projects.
- Diploma, ITI, or Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics.
- Strong knowledge of E&I installation and construction practices.
- Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings.
- Good knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements, and safe work practices.
- ADNOC/UAE or GCC project experience preferred.
- Experience in brownfield/live-plant environments is an advantage.
- Previous ADNOC project experience or approval, where applicable.
- Experience with major EPC contractors.
- Knowledge of ADNOC construction and HSE requirements.
