Role Overview
E-commerce Specialist at Maersk. The role manages and grows relationships with key fulfillment customers, ensures operational excellence, drives customer satisfaction, and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal operations teams.
Role Purpose
Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers while building strong relationships, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating across internal teams, and driving continuous improvement and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal operations teams.
- Support account growth opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management.
