E-Commerce Specialist

Role Overview

E-Commerce Specialist at Segadty, one of Saudi Arabia's leading brands in carpets, rugs, and outdoor/camping mats. Full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

Own and grow the company's online store and marketplace presence while driving sales across all digital channels through platform management, product optimization, and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

• Manage and update the online store on Zid or Salla, including adding products and editing descriptions, images, prices, and categories.
• Manage the brand's presence on marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol by uploading products, updating inventory, and handling orders and reviews.

Product Data & Compliance

• Ensure product data accuracy and quality across all platforms.
• Maintain compliance with each platform's policies and listing standards.

Optimization & Growth

• Optimize product listings and content to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion on both the store and marketplaces.
• Support and execute digital marketing activities across social media and paid campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Monitoring & Intelligence

• Monitor competitors' pricing, offers, and activity across platforms, and recommend improvements.
• Track daily sales and performance reports, and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to keep listed inventory aligned with actual stock.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores on Zid or Salla.
• Experience managing marketplace accounts such as Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising fundamentals.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail in product data and listing quality.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read reports and act on the numbers.
• Team player with solid time-management skills.
